Awful thing, to be setting up my canopy saturday morning, and wham! the back muscles seize up and now I know that I have to try to compete all weekend like that and then take the canopy DOWN again at the end of it all.

I'm fortunate and I think it's been 5 or more years since I last had those problems and no longer even have any muscle relaxants in the house. I can't really remember what I did to fix them. I always do physical therapy and exercises until something isn't bothering me regularly and then wimp out on follow-up.

-ellenElfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01827436807468320435noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11345288.post-20843770325589810992008-01-30T20:43:00.000-07:002008-01-30T20:43:00.000-07:00I'm thinking about ya! I found it at Office Max for about $200. It's a Sealy Posturepedic (yes, like the beds), and it has a million adjustments and that cool "memory foam."

Hang in there.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11345288.post-77672573712697607422008-01-30T15:57:00.000-07:002008-01-30T15:57:00.000-07:00"Scraping bone on bone" ...yowch! The best you could hope for is that while you are stuck at home the weather is such that you don't mind. That's how I felt when I had my heart surgery. Feb is the cruelest month here and I had a built in excuse for never leaving the house.

Hope all goes well.

/amyAmy Siegelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08243610775853872002noreply@blogger.com
